The data for land is hard to find, quantify, and keep up with as it is hyper local. Sometimes you can be on the same street, but different zip codes, which will skew the value of the underly parcel.

This report takes into account all of the zip codes in the Triangle MLS and compiles the new listings, under contracts, and closed stats for the current month.

We also include additional insights into Days on Market, Price Per Acre, and List Price to Sale Price.
